Paper cups made with EarthCoating® have qualified for the coveted AAA recyclability certification by the Institute cyclos-HTP in conjunction with the European Green Dot scheme which is recognized throughout Europe and Switzerland, and awarded a classification in category 13, to be recovered along with uncoated mixed paper.

Today, we're at the Allan Company MRF adding them to office paper waste so they can be baled and sold to a recycled paper mill. Once the recycled materials are pulped into recycled paper, a packaging company can create a variety of recycled paperboard packaging applications including moving boxes, folding cartons, liner papers, industrial packaging, labels and more. Now that paper cups made with EarthCoating® are valuable and easy for paper recyclers to process into high-grade recycled paper products after use using conventional paper recycling equipment, we’re seeing more and more companies from around the world adopt these types of products in support of plastic reduction, landfill/ocean waste diversion and increased recycled rates.
